Independence Plaza at San Isidro Ranch
San Isidro Ranch development transformed the area near Loop 20 and McPherson into a new retail multi-use hub. The 120 acre master plan was designed to support a variety of businesses including, retail shops, restaurants, business offices, and medical offices. Over ten years and in three-phases, the vision was fulfilled by constructing approximately 343,380 leasable square feet, including Best Buy, Cavender's Western Outfitters, Dollar Tree, TJ Maxx, Hobby Lobby, Ross, Ulta, PETCO and two retail multi-tenant buildings to serve business owners, customers and international patrons.
