San Isidro Ranch development transformed the area near Loop 20 and McPherson into a new retail multi-use hub. The 120 acre master plan was designed to support a variety of businesses including, retail shops, restaurants, business offices, and medical offices. Over ten years and in three-phases, the vision has been fulfilled by constructing approximately 344,000 leasable square feet, including Best Buy, Cavender's Western Outfitters, Dollar Tree, TJ Maxx, Hobby Lobby, Ross, Ulta, PETCO and two retail multi-tenant buildings to serve business owners, customers and international patrons.
