Garden Ridge Municipal Complex
2005
The City of Garden Ridge’s growing community needs led to the design of the Municipal Complex for the next phase of their master plan. The site was designed for three buildings: an administration building with office suites, a police station and city council chambers, a library and a maintenance facility with an animal control shelter. The Council Chambers was designed to serve as a Command Center. The offices and police station had secured controlled access from a central public lobby with a separate private entrance for the police department. The buildings were pre-engineered metal buildings with stone and stucco finishes.
