Fasken Community Center- Canopies Phase I

The Fasken Community Centr provides the community with recreation programming, a branch library, a senior center and a community meeting room space. To help expand the community’s amenities a two phase in which canopies will be added to help the seniors have an outdoor area to have gathering, a water feature that will flow with the natural landscape of the area and a Tree House.
In phase one the project consist of addition of steel canopy structure for four small picnic tables and a main canopy with an exterior grilling area adjacent to the existing building. All canopies have connecting concrete sidewalks with an accessible fire pit with lighting and landscaping that promotes butterflies and bees in their area.

Size: 1,834 square footage of shading; the overall area of the Community Center is approximately 6 acres.
