An expanding Wholesale Nursery required enough land that would allow them to row into the future. The nursery thrives with a hands-on, carefully thought-out growing method, that starts propagating from seedlings and cuttings and create their own native soil blend to cultivate strong roots and sustainable plants. An adaptive reuse of the existing home into the Administration Offices, Land Development included a Pole Barn, 5 Green Houses, 10 Hoop Houses, Propagation House, and a detention pond with room to expand into phase two.
